Al-Hogail inaugurates the Restatex Riyadh Real Estate Exhibition 2024 .. and witnesses the signing of agreements and the launch of funds worth 3.5 billion riyals

His Excellency the Minister of Municipal Rural Affairs and Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, inaugurated the Restatex Riyadh Real Estate Exhibition in its new edition for the year 2024, which will be held at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center during the period from 18-21 February, in the presence of a number of senior officials from government and financing agencies and companies. real estate development.

The event includes speeches by several notable figures, including Ajlan bin Abdulaziz Al-Ajlan, Chairman of the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce; Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Murshid, Chairman of the Real Estate National Committee at the Federation of Saudi Chambers; Mohammed bin Hussein Al-Faraj, CEO of the organizing entity; and Taiseer bin Mohammed Al-Mufarrej, the official spokesperson for the Real Estate General Authority.

During the event, several agreements and memoranda of understanding worth more than 2.4 billion Saudi riyals were signed, in addition to the launch of three real estate funds with a value exceeding 1 billion Saudi riyals. The Minister of Municipal Rural Affairs and Housing honored the organizing and sponsoring entities of the exhibition.

During his tour of the exhibition, Minister Majed Al-Hogail familiarized himself with the latest residential projects, real estate products, services, and financing options provided by the participating entities. These offerings aim to meet the needs and aspirations of Saudi families in acquiring affordable homes with modern designs, in line with the objectives of Vision 2030 in the housing sector.

The exhibition includes more than 10 dialogue sessions focusing on topics such as real estate developer classification, the real estate incentive initiative, real estate appraisal regulations and obligations, building safety in the Saudi Building Code, professionalism in real estate transactions, sustainability assessment for residential projects, and innovation in the real estate sector, among others.

The exhibition enjoys wide participation from real estate development and marketing companies, financial institutions, Saudi banks, and specialized institutions in housing and real estate affairs in both public and private sectors. These entities provide unique housing and financing solutions tailored to various Saudi families, in line with Vision 2030.

The exhibition is held at the Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Center and is open to visitors until Wednesday, February 21, from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Visitors can explore the latest residential projects and financing solutions offered by real estate development companies and financial institutions.
